Terms of Use
These are the rules for using Bridge by Wekoya, written in plain words.

About these terms
These terms are between you and Wekoya Ltd ("Wekoya", "we", "us"). They apply when you visit bridge.wekoya.tech, create an account, or use Bridge. By creating an account or using Bridge, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Bridge. If you use Bridge for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
Your account
You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your API keys. Keep your keys private and never put them in a website or mobile app. If you think a key has leaked, replace it straight away and tell us.
Using Bridge
Bridge gives your product one connection to a range of AI models. You may use it to build and run lawful products and services. You must not use Bridge to break the law, to harm or deceive other people, to produce content that is illegal, to attack or overload our service, to get around limits or billing, or to resell access in a way that hides who is using it. You must follow the rules of the model providers whose models you use through Bridge. We may limit, pause or stop a request or an account that puts the service, other customers or other people at risk.
Payments and balance
Prices and your balance are shown in naira. You add money to your balance, for example by bank transfer, and each request takes its cost from that balance. The cost of each request is shown in your usage record. A request that fails before producing anything is not charged. Limits you set on keys, people or customers are checked before a request runs. If you use your own provider keys, those requests are billed to you by that provider under your own agreement with them, and not from your Wekoya balance. Prices can change. We will show the price in your console before you are charged.
Your content
You own what you send to Bridge and what you get back. We do not save the text of your requests and replies. We keep content only where a feature needs it and you use that feature (see the Privacy Policy). We record the details needed to bill you, such as the model used, the size of the request, its cost and whether it worked. You are responsible for the content you send and for how you use the results. You confirm you have the right to send it.
AI results
AI models can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check results before you rely on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions. We do not promise that any result is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Bridge available, but we cannot promise it will always run without interruption or that every model will always be available. We may add, change or remove models and features. If we make a change that matters to you, we will try to tell you in advance.
Ending your account
You can stop using Bridge at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. If we close an account for another reason, we will give you notice and let you take what you need.
Our responsibility
Bridge is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will tell you by email or in your console. If you keep using Bridge after a change, you accept the new terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria can hear any dispute about them. Questions about these terms? Write to us at contact@wekoya.tech.
